PHASE 1: WE VISIT YOUR LOCATION

Meet to discuss your residential / commercial needs, wants and desired outcomes: spaces are designed to YOUR taste and vision for the space while incorporating your lifestyle and functional needs.

Measuring & planning: documenting existing conditions, taking measurements, photographing the existing space or site and outlining the project’s scope from the outset, a design schematic allows for efficient allocation of time, materials, and labor.

Identify potential issues: early visualization helps identify potential design or functionality issues, letting us make adjustments before implementation and saves you time and money

Choose one of our luxury interior design packages: we offer full-service interior design that includes millwork and architectural design or we can tailor a home decor and furniture styling package or custom millwork to your specific needs

Collaboration: we can connect you with our recommended experts or collaborate seamlessly with your own Architect, Landscape Architect, Structural Engineer, Contractor, Millworkers and Carpenters, and other specialists to meet your goals.

PHASE 2: WE DELIVER A DETAILED PREVIEW OF THE DESIGN & PRICE QUOTE

Deliverable: Clearly defined preview of the proposed design. written description of the project scope, timeline, and initial budget projection. Clearly communicates my vision to you, contractors, and collaborators.

Cohesive design: Ensures every element, from color schemes to furniture placement, works harmoniously towards the intended aesthetic.

Presentation boards to show color schemes, material samples and furnishing suggestions, lighting fixtures and decorative items and recommended wall treatments and paint colors and textures are expertly curated and presented to you

BIM drawings and detailed 3D models and renderings serve as a detailed preview of the proposed designs and facilitate the permitting process for licensed architects and structural engineers.

Client sign off: you review and approve all the above before work commences to minimize misunderstandings and revisions.

PHASE 3: CONSTRUCTION & ONSITE WORK COMMENCES

Budget management: ensures cost control, quality of materials and workmanship, and that your project runs smoothly, on-time and on budget.

Support: from your interior design project’s inception until its completion, we provide continuous support throughout every stage of your journey

Move in day: we meticulously inspect deliveries and supervise furniture placement to ensure optimized spatial arrangement and you get to enjoy your newly decorated interior.
